Russell Sherwood
DIRECTOR OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS
Russell Sherwood is a seasoned airline pilot with multiple years of experience operating passenger jets for both regional and major U.S. airlines. He currently serves as an A320 fleet captain, Part 121 IOE and OE instructor at a major airline, Line Check Pilot (LCP), and aviation career development mentor for Aerocadet.
Russ holds an honors BSc degree in aviation science, along with FAA (U.S.) and TCCA (Canada) ATP licenses. He previously held ATP certifications from CAAC (China) and DGCA (Indonesia), where he flew commercially for six years. In addition to his flying roles, Russ is an Airbus fleet captain and Director of Flight Operations.
